Capacity problems in the packet network and delays

The Coronavirus creates bizarre volumes and therefore a huge spike in the number of packets sent in the Netherlands and abroad.  

This creates capacity problems for the carriers. Therefore, keep in mind that shipments may be delayed. This takes several days or sometimes even longer. We ask for your understanding for this. 

Has your shipment been delayed? Please check the track & trace page of our carriers via the link in our shipping notification. If you need help, we are of course at your service. We work together with the carrier to answer your questions as quickly as possible.
