Have you had an "accident"? Quickly consult our stain chart to take immediate action.
Are you unsure or can't identify the cause? Contact us. Preferably by email, along with photos and the following information:

• Manufacturer's name
• Upholstery information: name and color
• How old is the furniture
• What is the (suspected) cause of the stain
• How long have the stain(s) been present?
• Have you ever cleaned it, and if so, with what products?
• Was the fabric impregnated by the store or by you?
• Was the furniture regularly maintained? With what product?

Photos: 1 full-length photo of the furniture, 1 or 2 detailed photos (clear and close-up) of the stain or dirt.

With all this information gathered, we can consider the options.
